Alice mentors sales management to transform them into proactive coaches while helping senior management establish a sales culture that will continue to grow their bottom line. Her focus on enabling anyone to network effectively has created a well received instructional program to guide business professionals through the strategies and nuances needed to network for new prospects and sales. Alice began developing her sales expertise at Miller Heiman, Inc. where she was responsible for training, coaching, and program quality.
