He has led organizations with business operations in the United States and with strong customer footprints in Europe and Asia. Mr. Tilden is known for integrity, outstanding communications skills, and a consistent record of successfully executing strategic vision to grow enterprise value.
During the past 15 years, Mr. Tilden has held senior leadership roles in three Philadelphia area companies. From 1994?1996, he was a senior executive with Alco Standard (now known as Ikon Office Solutions). Alco was a Fortune 500 office products and distribution company based in Wayne, PA. He then joined InterDigital Communications, where he was a member of the senior executive team of that King of Prussia-based wireless technology developer for 10 years. He served as the company?s Chief Operating Officer from 2001?2005. More recently, he led a multi-million dollar fitness and wellness business in West Chester as its general manager.
Mr. Tilden earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from DePauw University in 1975 and his MBA from the University of Chicago in 1982.
