Book Review - The Frugal Millionaires
{mosimage}The Frugal Millionaires is a smart, must-read piece of work. Especially in today's economy, you can't go wrong with insightful and timeless advice from 70 millionaires! And not just any millionaires - FRUGAL millionaires - self-made people who have pulled themselves up by their own bootstraps.
Mr. Lehman makes the process easy to understand by separating the information into sections of important financial topics and subtopics followed by the philosophies and strategies used by these Frugal Millionaires.
It is quite clear that Frugal Millionaires have a completely different way of thinking about money than most people. Instead of spend, spend, spend and have, have, have - now, now, now - frugal millionaires are thinking strategy, strategy, strategy, and save, save, save - for the future.
What I like most about the book is the effort the author put into interviewing real people who give real advice. This is not a preachy, self-serving book, where the author's ego takes center stage. Rather, Lehman presents real people, with real ideas, who have actually lived and prospered with Frugal Millionaire philosophies.
In light of the current sagging economy, I highly recommend this book as one that everyone should read. When you do, you'll get a financial attitude adjustment and a concrete foundation on which to become a Frugal Millionaire yourself.
