Dan Jourdan

For the past decade, DAN JOURDAN has served as a trusted advisor and consultant to numerous businesses.  In addition to being a professional speaker, Dan is a managing partner of Neighborhood Business Brokers, where he works with business owners from all types of industries to help facilitate sales and acquisitions. Dan has become recognized as an authority on the assessment and valuation of small businesses and successful practices of entrepreneurs.

Dan’s path into the arena of business brokerage started with his successful track record of starting, growing, and selling four profitable businesses. Though still the owner of several small businesses, Dan came to the realization that his passion lies in the deal-making and negotiation process. His zeal for business eventually led him to the lecture circuit where he taught courses on the topics of small business start-up, management, and sales training. Known as a guy who can make things happen, Dan’s energy and excitement are assets to every transaction.

When Dan wasn’t starting, growing, and selling businesses, he also worked as a Financial Consultant with Smith Barney; taught business management as a college instructor; and was a speaker for the Dale Carnegie Sales Advantage Course. Dan’s sales methodology often bridges the gap between “what people think they should do” and “what really works.” It has been said that his sales philosophy is a cross between Confucius and Robin Williams.
