Les is not only a Partner and Sales Coach at Sales Coach International, he is a true “Product of the Product” bringing with him over 15 years experience in sales and sales leadership. As a consultant and trainer Les has built and coached several sales teams to successful results. Implementing SCI’s real world, battle tested sales process Les’ sales teams have been repeatedly recognized for outstanding performance in both sales and profit growth.
As a Certified SCI Coach Les works with sales professionals and leadership across a wide variety of industries throughout North America. Les is an avid cyclist and life long martial arts practitioner. Les currently resides in Northern California with his wife and two children.
