With over thirty (30) years of successful hands-on experience in sales, management, consulting, finance, real estate, mortgage, and operations, he has instructed and coached others to success. As the author of numerous business articles in national publications, Steve is also a nationally recognized speaker, sales trainer and coach.

Steve has presented seminars on a variety of financial and business topics from Anchorage, Alaska to Key West, Florida and most states in between (as well as San Juan, Puerto Rico). He effectively informs, instructs, trains and counsels thousands of real estate, mortgage, banking and business professionals on all levels. Additionally, Stephen counsels and coaches individuals not associated with business organizations. Stephen has a Masters of Business Administration degree in Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing & Accounting. With over 30 years of practical, hands-on experience in a variety of disciplines, Steve has also successfully contributed his expertise to corporate management teams in various capacities - always exceeding goals and expectations. As an adjunct instructor at several colleges, he has taught and guided students to success in a variety of careers.
