Steve Young

Steve Young has been called a Sales "natural," but he attributes his sales successes to the development of pertinent skills, determination, and learning effective strategy. As a young salesperson, Steve discovered how to sell successfully through trial and error; a discovery he later found opposed much of what is taught in sales courses and books about sales. He continued to sell by his unique approach.

Today, Steve has sold to some of the world’s most famous brands, including Walmart, Coke, Estee Lauder, Verizon, Viacom (MTV), Motorola, Federated Group. His sales experience includes selling conceptual services and tangible products, making presentations to an array of industries, warehouse and factory managers, presidents and CEOs, nurturing business over long and short sales cycles, and creating sales programs to effectively maximize selling during various economic conditions.

Before the age of thirty, he was managing a sales and marketing operation for a multimillion dollar company, writing sales manuals, hiring and training salespeople, and, unwittingly, laying the foundation for his own business.
