One of the quickest ways to increase your sales and income is learning to set an appointment correctly.  Are you one of the sales professionals that delivers a good presentation, and at the conclusion asks the prospect when they will be back in?  Maybe you get a reply of “later in the week,” and you respond with “okay, I’ll see you then.”

{mosimage}For centuries movers and shakers have understood the power of personal connections. They have leveraged these connections to accomplish their goals and reach their dreams. However, they also had the key (the secret), to connecting that others did not. That secret: Give First.

Highly successful Sales Professionals and Business Leaders in today’s world are connecting with each other at a frantic pace. Web 2.0 and the technological advances that have followed have made connecting in the 21st century a global affair. To coin a phrase, “the world is flat”. Your network is also critical to managing and building your career. This is especially true in sales. As a Sales Professional it is likely that you will change jobs every three to four years. With a strong connected network you will easily make the transition from company to company, earn more salary and end the stress of “looking” for work. When you are connected, work will come to you.
