WOW! Service

{mosimage} If you would like the Magical Secret of Success, today is your lucky day. If you spend any amount of time racking your brain trying to figure out how to….

• Sell More of Anything….Including Yourself
• Gain Referrals!
• Get a Pay Raise
• Increase your prospect traffic
• Improve your Sales Conversion Rate
• Have More Friends
• Enjoy a Happy Marriage
• Make a Positive Impact on someone else’s life

Guess what?

GIVE WOW SERVICE!

Not okay service or “satisfied” service. Not mediocre or “average” service. Provide WOW service!

Poor customer service is the number one reason why most businesses don’t turn a profit, real estate or any sales careers stall, and relationships fail. In today’s world, everyone has gotten so “me” oriented that customer service needs to be better than ever.

What was okay yesterday is not okay today. There are too many choices out there; you cannot afford to have your customers fire you! You have to be better.

The profession of sales is often referred to as a numbers game. I disagree.

Sales are not about numbers at all. It is about people. It is about YOU!

YOU make the difference. Does it take twenty people to make one sale, as statistics tell us, or does it take just one prospect and one of YOU?

I often hear from other sales professionals that they only spoke with “five” people or “ten” people in a given week. They tell me that their market is slow with less people buying there than before.

I say, GREAT! How did you spend your time with each client?
• Did you build rapport early?
• Did you provide value first?
• How closely did you listen to their needs?
• Did you discover their emotional buying motives?

Each time that you have the opportunity to spend with a client, treat them as though they are the only people that matter. YOU have a small window of time to make a great impression.

Providing WOW service entails talking less and listening more. It means that you focus on your clients’ needs and best interests, and not on any other agenda. WOW service involves being a strong positive influence.

The opportunities are there and always will be. Even in the slowest market, there ARE people buying. The question is, will they buy from YOU? It is how YOU respond to ALL opportunities that will create your success!

WOW service means that your customers will not only stay your customers, but they will be happy customers. Because of your WOW service, they will refer YOU to their friends, family, and co-workers without being asked. That is the key, Without Being Asked!

So… do you want more business, better relationships, and happier experiences?

What are you willing to do to provide WOW service?

{sidebar id=7}Here are 5 PowerPrinciples for Providing WOW service:

1. DON’T talk about you. DO ask questions about them.
2. Provide Value FIRST, before asking for anything in return.
3. DO something for THEM. Go Above and Beyond the “normal” transaction…make this your NEW “normal” policy.
4. Find out what makes them tick and talk about it more…this is a HOT BUTTON!
5. DON’T think about what’s in it for you. DO think about what you CAN DO for them.
