Refund and Return Policy
At The Sales Store, we stand behind our programs 100%. If you decide at anytime within the next sixty days (60) that your book, CD or DVD program is not for you please send a query to
shop@salesgravy.com. We will provide you with instructions for returning your product and will issue a refund or store credit.
Our downloadable Mp3, video and eBook programs are non-refundable. However,
if you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase, and we will gladly offer you an alternative selection at similar price.
