Director, Franchise Sales & Development-Full Service


We are currently seeking a Director of Franchise Sales for the mid-west. This role is field/remote based.
Job Summary
This position oversees conversion franchise sales activity for the Full Service conversion and new construction brands. This position must prospect and execute new franchise agreements. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, collaboration with corporate, relationship management, forecasting executions/openings, and communication with potential and existing customers.

Responsibility
1. Prospecting for new franchise agreements
2. Execute (Document Management & Closing) Franchise Agreements
3. Manage Relationships
4. Forecasting
5. Assist as needed in tradeshows and client events

Education & Experience
Extensive sales experience
Proven achievement in sales by exceeding quotas
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Excellent judgment in evaluating opportunities for the company
A desire to travel
A college degree is preferred
A record of achieving quotas in a sales organization required
A valid Driver's License

Unless there is a legal requirement, experience will be accepted for the education requirement.
