Job Description

DeltaTrak, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Regional Sales Manager who can sell integrated management information solutions which are customized to monitor and track temperature sensitive products. The successful candidate will be challenged to grow the revenues from an existing portfolio and through the prequalified leads our solution offering generates. The qualified candidates must possess a strong independent work ethic and the ability to develop strategic sales plans for Protein sales division. 



Qualifications

The candidates we are looking for should have the following skill set:

  • College degree required or equivalent.
  • Generate sales above and beyond the monthly Base Sales Level goals for assigned territory
  • Maintain, service and increase business with existing accounts within assigned territory.
  • Year over year objective growth is 20% over prior year.
  • Obtain new business through sales leads, internet research, and customer referrals
  • Generate Daily Outbound Sales Calls in conjunction with email contact to customer and prospect base at 30-40 calls daily
  • Attend trade shows to promote the company’s products and services and obtain new sales leads
  • Travel as necessary to present and promote company products and solutions within assigned geographical territory
  • This is a multi state sales opportunity.
  • Presentation Skills needed
  • Professional B2B selling services and products required
  • Hands on experience using CRM system for logging call information, telephone account sales, order processing, customer service and technical assistance.
  • Experience selling to C level executives.
  • Extensive sales and product training provided.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to build rapport with client


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
  • Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
  • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
  • Report on team and individual performance
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
  • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
