For the Voith Paper, Southwest Sales department, we are looking for:

Sales Representative III
MidSouth

Summary:
The Service Representative is responsible for sales support and service-oriented tasks at various customer mills. Their primary function is to inspect, take measurements, troubleshoot various items and assist customers to advance the position of Voith in a mill and/or corporation.

Responsibilities:
  •  Makes service calls to customer mills to perform routine inspections and service during machine shut down situations. This also includes responding to unscheduled outages and specific needs as they arise
  •  Cooperate with all functions of customer service, manufacturing, technology & optimization, and administrative support to accomplish objectives.
  •  Determine with sales management and regional team members prescribed levels of call frequencies through accounts planning including machine downtime coverage.
  •  Coordinates and assists in installations, reports to appropriate Voith personnel, and inputs appropriate data into database depending on product line.
  •  Performs other duties as assigned


Qualifications:
  •  At least 5 years of experience in the paper industry
  •  High School Diploma or equivalent required
  •  Has strong customer service skills
  •  Demonstrates expertise in product knowledge and application.
  •  Excellent oral and written communication skills, business acumen, organizational development skills, and the interpersonal skills necessary to operate in a team environment

Physical Demands:
Must be able to physically perform the essential duties of the position which include regular sitting and working with computers, talk and hear, standing, and walking. Also some, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, use hands to finger, and balancing.
