REFRESH your career by joining our exceptional Logistics team! Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated (CCBCC), the largest independent bottler in the US, is looking for a Sales Supervisor!

Things you should know about working as a Sales Supervisor:

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and directing a group of assigned account managers in the selling of Company products and the execution of marketing plans and programs. The position works closely with the Distribution Manager and Delivery Supervisor to ensure that Company distribution goals and objectives are being met. Position is responsible for the skills development of assigned account managers through leading and proper training techniques and account development for key accounts through customer relations.

What would success look like?

  • Training - Teach, train, and coach account managers on processes and procedures necessary to maximize sales and profitability within assigned accounts while maintaining satisfactory customer service. This should be accomplished through consistently planned and documented route rides
  • Perform 2 - 3 planned and documented route rides per week
  • Identify and evaluate employee developmental needs using available tools, reports and consistent route rides
  • Build an action plan and follow up plan to address employee performance opportunities
  • Work with account managers to develop and enhance the skill sets needed to identify opportunities in an account that if attained will generate increased sales and profits for the Company and Customer
  • Assist and train account managers in customer development to capitalize on identified account opportunities. (Setting goals, plan of action, follow up process)
  • Train account managers on effective sales processes and procedures. (Sales ability, good work habits, time management)
  • Work with account managers on developing strong customer relationships with both internal and external customers

  • Class A CDL is preferred
