Sr. Planning & Strategy Manager, T-Mobile For Business (B2B)

Job Description:

The Sr. T-Mobile For Business (B2B) Planning Manager reports to the Director of Channel planning and Enablement. This role will work cross functionally with Marketing, and Operational teams on strategic projects that impact T-Mobile for Business execution and performance. This role will influence process improvement and change to ensure maximum efficiencies and effectiveness.


  • Act as Area single point of contact for all T-Mobile For Business (B2B) initiatives, owning T-Mobile For Business projects and programs. 
  • Manage Area strategic planning, ensuring leadership vetting and support. 
  • Provide support and suggestions on how to influence sales execution.
  • Liaison between the field and HQ; develop and manage partner relationships with leadership in all supported At Work channels (Area Direct, Indirect, Inside Sales, Majors/Enterprise, Government, Retail and TPR), as well as Corporate Groups to implement initiatives to grow and maximize channel results. 
  • Drive cross functional alignment and collaboration.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and create plan of action to improve efficiencies and effectiveness across T-Mobile For Business channel.
  • Take initiative to uncover opportunities and drive change, acting with a sense of urgency.
  • Also, responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.


  • Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience or similar cross-functional program leadership role
  • Minimum 3+ years project/program management experience
  • Preferred Change management experience
  • Preferred T-Mobile For Business/B2B sales experience/sales operations
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust quickly in short timeframes with limited direct supervision
  • Strong presentation skills, experience preparing and presenting to executive leadership.
  • Strong communication, organizational, motivational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage group or individual conflict.
  • Able to read, analyze and discuss possible action plans based on business performance metrics that impact regional and national TFB results.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
