The Role
As the Premium Finance Consultant - you will be responsible for proactively promoting, designing and consulting premium finance life insurance sales opportunities for the customers of Lincoln Financial Distributors.

Responsibilities
  • Develops and maintains profitable productive relationships with LFD wholesalers, customers and partners to significantly grow sales and market share for defined premium financing insurance solutions
  • Actively consults and advises with customers to provide them with value-added premium financing insurance strategies & solutions
  • Proactively seeks and supports the development of new initiatives to enhance Lincoln's success and market presence within premium financed insurance
  • Coordinates premium finance insurance sales activities and case management responsibilities with LFD Internal Wholesalers and the External Wholesalers
  • Designs and conducts premium finance insurance presentations and meetings on a as needed basis to prospective customers in the field
  • Consults, designs and develops premium finance life insurance sales opportunities
  • Captures activity and sales related data in LFD Contact Management System
  • Possess and/or develops a strong acumen for Premium Finance case design and maintains the appropriate service levels and response times for case design requests.

Education
  • Undergraduate degree or 4 years of comparable work experience required
  • FINRA Series 6 and 63 required
  • Life, Health License in all states within assigned region required
  • Preferred Advanced Designation Certifications (CLU, CFP, ChFC)

Experience
  • 5 of experience years in financial services in wholesale, retail sales or advance sales positions that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
  • Must have excellent knowledge of Premium Finance concepts and solutions
  • Proficiency in Financial Services Sales, Wholesaling, Relationship Management and advance premium finance concept & design
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations
  • Possesses a bias for action and avoids workplace distractions
  • Drives performance targets to completion

Travel Information
  • Travel Type : National Domestic
  • Travel Amount : 50% - 60%
