Position Overview

Oldcastle Stormwater is searching for a diligent and highly technical Territory Sales Manager to capitalize and expand upon recent growth in the New England region (primarily CT and MA) for our family of stormwater treatment and storage systems. Reporting directly to the Eastern Region Director of Sales in this critical role you will drive sales volume through specification efforts and direct selling to end users. The successful Territory Sales Manager will become a product expert and key player in development of market strategy, also charged with execution of that plan through relationship management, product promotion, and demand creation. In this fast-paced, growing organization those that are highly motivated and driven to results will have the opportunity to succeed and advance.

Requirements

  • Partner with demonstrated history of building and maintaining strong relationships with external customers and internal associates
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales experience, Engineering degree preferable
  • High degree of technical aptitude with communication skills to coach and educate customers on product attributes
  • Desire to think strategically, sell diligently, and be part of a growing, winning team
