Jim Sander joined ACA Talent in 2011 as Vice President of Sales. A twenty-year veteran of the sales industry, Jim brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership expertise to ACA Talent.
Since joining ACA Talent, Jim has been responsible for sales and marketing leadership at the firm, and is ultimately responsible for the company’s revenue generation. The company helps clients grow their revenues by finding better talent more efficiently. ACA Talent’s portfolio of solutions includes high volume Sales Recruitment Optimization (SRO), professional search, project management, and recruitment technology.
Prior to joining ACA Talent, Jim served as the executive director for telecommunications at MarketSource, a managed sales staffing provider. During his eleven-year tenure at MarketSource, Jim managed several key accounts for MarketSource, including AT&T, Avaya, and Comcast, which each grew their revenues by the millions under Jim's leadership. Jim also served as an executive director for the client services team, leading numerous retail sales organizations for companies including Palm, Time Warner, and Verizon. Throughout his career, Jim has led all aspects of the sales and marketing development arenas through both B2B and direct channels.
